In their final year the promoters of York Live Music Festival wanted to go out with a bang! They contacted the waspdesign team to produce a 24-page programme outlining a weekend packed full of events that showcased the best in local music talent.

Drawing inspiration from current musical trends we designed a new bold image which brought the tired original format up-to-date. We worked along side various photographers from around the city which supplied quality live photographs that brought the design to life.

Posters were displayed around the City of York and adverts were produced for various publications such as the Local Link and The Talk magazine.

The event was a big hit and as well as being the most popular York Live Music Festival to date, it also generated a lot of money for local charities.
